What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 2 weeks.
For large orders, lead time may increase to 6-8 weeks.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We will issue a credit or ship a replacement at no cost. All goods must be unpacked and inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
If damage is visible on unopened items, note it on the bill of lading and have the delivery driver sign to acknowledge.
If the damage is not visible, start a claim with us and keep all packaging materials in case the item requires repacking.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 5 business day grace period for returns.
Items will need to be in their original packaging and in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Are the labels included?
Yes, the Aristata includes black text labels for each waste stream. All labels are shipped in a dedicated envelope inside and are easily applied. If you need to enhance your recycling message, custom branding and decals are available.
Is it easy to clean?
Easily clean the Aristata with a mild detergent soap and water.
To prevent damage to finishes, avoid harsh chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
The Aristata collection has a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
