What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 4-8 weeks.
For large orders, lead times may vary.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We will issue a credit or ship a replacement at no cost.
If damage is visible on unopened items, note it on the bill of lading and have the delivery driver sign to acknowledge.
If the damage is not visible, please keep all packaging materials in case the item requires repacking.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 5 business day grace period for returns.
Items will need to be in their original packaging and in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
What does the Vision include?
Each Vision recycling station includes posters, labels, and interior liners.
Is it easy to clean?
Easily clean the Vision with a mild soap and water.
To prevent damage to finishes, avoid harsh chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
Vison recycling stations have a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
