What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 4-8 weeks.
For large orders, lead times may vary.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We will issue a credit or ship a replacement at no cost. All goods must be unpacked and inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
If damage is visible on unopened items, note it on the bill of lading and have the delivery driver sign to acknowledge.
If the damage is not visible, start a claim with us and keep all packaging materials in case the item requires repacking.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 5 business day grace period for returns.
Items will need to be in their original packaging and in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
What does the Cascade include?
Each Cascade recycling station includes labels and plastic-molded internal liners.
Is it easy to clean?
Easily clean the Cascade with a mild soap and water.
To prevent damage to finishes, avoid harsh chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
Cascade recycling stations have a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
