What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks.
For large orders, lead time may increase to 6-8 weeks.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We will issue a credit or ship a replacement at no cost.
If damage is visible on unopened items, the delivery driver should sign & note it on the bill of lading.
If the damage is not visible, please keep all packaging materials in case the item requires repacking.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 5 business day grace period for returns.
Items will need to be in their original packaging and in new condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Which panels are included?
Each Mosaic receptacle includes panels based on your chosen stock design or your custom artwork.
Is it easy to clean?
Easily clean the Mosaic with a mild detergent soap and water.
To avoid damaging finishes, avoid harsh chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
The Mosaic collection has a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
