Damage & Defects
All Waste Wise Products Inc. shipments are insured against damage during transit. Upon delivery, if your order is damaged, we will either issue credit for the shipping costs and damaged items or ship a replacement part or product at no cost.
- If damage is present on unopened items, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed for by the driver
- If damage is not visible until the packaging is opened, please keep all of the packaging materials, as you may be asked to re-pack the item for return to the warehouse
In either case, please notify Waste Wise Products within 5 business days, and we’ll be happy to help. Damaged shipment notifications can be sent to email@example.com. Please include photos of all damaged items.
Switching to another recycling bin or site furniture style? Contact Waste Wise Products Inc. within 5 business days of your delivery date for an eligible return. All custom items, including wood laminates, silk-screen labels & logos, stamped products, and special orders are non-returnable. Our high-end Commercial Trash & Recycle Bins and Recycled Plastic Lumber products are special order items.
- For online orders, a 2.5% processing fee (2.8% Amex) will apply for refunds
- Return shipping & brokerage fees, and a 25% re-stocking fee is required for all returns
- Items must be returned in their original cartons in new condition
